Can attendance be automatically recorded on video meetings?
Yes, Blossom allows you to configure your system so that when a user enters a video session, their presence will be logged and tracked automatically against their system profile.

Can users register their own attendance at classroom-based sessions?
Yes, with the Kiosk support module enabled, users can enter their credentials and confirm their presence remotely, from any shared device.
Users can also scan QR codes with their phone/tablet device which will take them to the relevant attendance record page in Blossom.

Can users send QR codes to colleagues that are not present?
Yes, but it will not work as attendance codes are automatically updated every few seconds to ensure that non-attending users cannot falsely record attendance in this way.

Can Blossom be used to track RSVPs from invited course attendees?
Yes, Blossom can track accept/decline responses from users (as long as they have a unique email address associated with their account).
Once received, their response will then be shown in their personal account and against the relevant event.
